“Terrible”

No stars from me! As with other reviews, I was with Supanet for many years. I changed computer and my modem did not work with Windows 7. When I phoned them for advice they told me I had been paying too little for many months, sent me a new modem for the new computer and without telling me put me on a new contract with no way of getting out for 24 months unless I paid 40 pounds - I had many conversations with very rude call centre staff, was told a manager would call me, this did not happen and I spent forever on hold just to get verbally abused and no apology at all. then after a while longer I noticed my direct debit had gone up. Again, a long time on hold to then be told that I was paying for Supacare and anti virus - i had not requested either of these. that was the last straw. i cancelled, paying the 40 pounds straight away but then had a further 2 months of many phone calls and fake promises until they finally refunded the Supacare and anti virus money they owed me. Supanet give you poor slow internet, charge you too much and take more money from you without telling you and have a very poor and rude customer care service. just please please please avoid these people - if you are with them, cancel now! You can do SOOOOO much better than this load of rubbish!
