I recently transferred funds from the USA to Ireland and it was very simple to organize and execute. I prefer online banking and was able to accomplish everything I needed through World First's easy to use web interface. At every step, I was kept informed of the transaction's status via email. The emails always provided phone numbers that I could call if anything wasn't clear or I needed assistance.
When the money reached World First's US account, it was transferred to my Irish account immediately (within 3 hours or so).
World First was also very understanding when *my* US bank delayed the transfer. World First contacted me to find out what was happening, understood my response and, with no hassle at all gave me more time to get the money to them.
I got a great exchange rate and was able to lock it in. I can't really think of anything about the experience that World First could have improved.
I will definitely use World First again and have no hesitation recommending them to others.
