Quite simply - having a Fitbit will change your life!
I now know that walking round the playground at school (I work in a London primary school) takes me 100 steps. I manage 1,000 steps in half an hour.
Digging down my allotement means I am 'very active', sitting here typing this I am 'sedentary'
The length of the photocopy room is 8 steps. Photocopying one booklet can help me reach my 10,000 steps a day goal!
The Fitbit send all the information collected to my computer, and I can play around and enjoy the graphs and charts to my content. The Fitbit forum is very friendly, and full of great tips and humorous shared journeys...

The Fitbit itself is a great looking bit of kit - and so easy to use. Love the way it sits and charges when needed on its cradle.

Well, I could go on at length, but hey, I got steps to walk!!!!
