Couldn't agree more with the previous review - the customer service at Travelex is terrible! The idiot who I bought my card off entered all my details wrong, which means I can't top up my card online, and even though the fault was at Travelex's end, they are still being a pain to deal with! What happened to good customer service and people doing what they can to keep customers? One Travelex girl actually lauged me when I asked if my issue can be prioritised since it is already taken me so long to try to get anyone to action, and its urgent since I am leaving on holidays tomorrow and currently can't use my card. What a waste! There are so many other providers, I would never again recommend Travelex to anyone!
