“Insurance rip off”

Booked for car with full insurance & extras with Holiday Autos only to be told by partner - Thrifty that they weren't forwarded the insurance money so i was uninsured unless i paid them again directly. No looking into it themselves, just told i would have to sort it out with Holiday Autos later.
Great start to a holiday.
