Firstly software price with support was very competitive and I had no hesitation in purchasing from software solutions.
I undertook a mornings training in their office to initiate myself with the software.
After showing my trainer our old accounting system she had a good appreciation of our needs and training was adapted accordingly..It started with setting us up on sage and taking a backup to be downloaded on my return.We then went on with a very much hands on approach in order that the information would be more easily retained.Notepad and pen was given to take notes during this process.
If I was looking for a small criticism it might be that a a generic crib sheet could be prepared for beginners to help with their induction.That might include basic functionality of Sage,shortcuts using the F keys,etc
Overall no hesitation in recommending to others
