Total disaster - we were assigned a 'consultant' at The Wedding Shop who took on average a week to respond to emails, couldn't understand the simplest request, and made multiple, very basic errors. 7 months after the wedding we are still waiting for several gifts. It took threats to involve the CEO of both the Wedding Shop and Selfridges for them to get their act together.
They don't look at your list as individual items, bought by your guests, but as a lump sum total of money spent, which they then weasel away by telling you the prices of the goods have gone up since your guests bought them. So you have to stump up the extra.
We had gift vouchers on our lists which were mysteriously removed
