I'm Happy with my unlocked phone, good deal and very quick.

Was recommended to use BlackberryCodeSource from a few people on hofo.

I ordered from them, filled out the order form and used coupon code cellphoneforums for 40% Off. I got my code instantly with no problems.

I have a Blackberry 9860 and for some reason my phone wasn't prompting for a code, I emailed blackberrycodesource's support email and they replied quickly and guided me through the process, which turned out to be very easy. (I forgot to turn the phone on with a not accepted simcard, duh!)

Overall a very good experience, I don't know what the other guy was talking about. But I'm very happy with the service.
