“What an appalling company”

Bought some roses in November. The leaflet which came with the roses indicated that the plants were dormant until the growing season, but not to worry. Only one of the plants received has started budding. The rest according to a professional gardener are DEAD. Contacted customer services who want to charge me £6 p&p to have them sent again. What a load of rubbish, these roses must have been dead when delivered and not dormant as indicated, so I don't intend to pay to have them delivered again just because I didn't contact them within 30 days of receiving them. I wouldn't have expected them to start growing in December as this is not in the growing season!

Don't trust this company - they need weeding from the other proper companies out there!
