“Despirate Times.....”

I got a 3k loans with FLM ( now Amigo ) and they said they would pay out asap but then said it will be 3 days unless i pay £35 ( which will be taken from the loan ) there is no reason for this except to take more money from you as the actual cost of doing this is only 24 pence , Yes they gave me a loan when no one else would so for that I'm grateful i also paid it back early and saved a few pounds ( not much though ) the reason i paid it back so soon was because they had taken money from me and then the guarantor on 6 separate occasions, they refunded them all but took 3>5 days to do this and sent a cheque ( they refused to transfer the funds which i feel is a joke ) , When i spoke to the sales people they were so friendly but once i had the loan there customer service was a complete joke.... We recorded 3 different conversations with 3 different advisers giving me and my mother ( my guarantor ) different conflicting information, i wrote a letter to FLM with a CD containing the 3 mp3's of the conversations to get clarification ( recorded delivery ) but they claimed nothing had been received it must have been misplaced. so i sent it 2 more times over the next 3 days just to receive the same reply when i called. I also wrote another letter containing no CD which they did reply to as they somehow managed to received that one.. If you are desperate and MUST have a loan to survive then yeah by all means got with FLM / Amigo loans ) but if you don't then my advice is to run for the hills from this company . Hope this helps you all as i wish i had this information before i took a loan from this awful company ( that if you do some research you can see that they are constantly changing names due to complaints and poor reviews )
