“Excellent service”

We decided on Sunday that we wanted to sell our 2 cars and just have one, having never been in a Car Supermarket before we were amazed at the large variety of cars, as we were looking for a luxury car ( M sport BMW) we were not disappointed! Our sales guy (Matt ) couldn't have been more helpful! When we finally decided on the car, we immediately was offered a test drive. Upon on return Matt went through the figures and valued our cars ( even though we only came in one) Within an hour we had bought ourselves a new car!
We picked up the car the following day and was impressed with the service of the young lady on collections ( Rachel Beasley) she was attentive and very friendly, she made the whole ordeal a very pleasant experience! She couldn't have done more.
The only downside is the hard sell for extended warranty, we realise some people like this, but once you have said no,that she be it.
We will certainly recommend CarShop of Doncaster to our family and friends!
