I ordered tiles online and they got delivered today but the driver was totally out of order and i have emailed the company to complain. We are customers and we should be treated with respect. There is something called Customer Service and they do not know what this means. We pay their salaries, these companies need to understand that without us customers they would not have a job!
Staff represent their company and a crappy service will ruin your reputation.
The driver was not is a good mood, he knocked the door and told us to pick up our own tiles, he didnt even bother to be helpful, or speak nicely, or polite, rudely said pick up your tiles yourself from the back, im not going to drop it for you. My dad is not young or fit person (and im sure he can see that), he told him to do it himself...how rude? Stuck up face, no smile, no nothing and drove off!
