Ordered the parking system plus paid extra for the additional sensor strips in December 2011. Finally got the parking system but no strips.
Have emailed them several times but no response. I rang them today and eventually got through to someone who told me they were being sent out today (what a coincidence)!
I appreciate they may have been swamped by the Groupon offer and under estimated the sales it would generate but I have seen the same offer a couple of times this year before they have actually fulfilled their first batch of orders.
It seems a very odd way of trying to run a business. The problems their customers have encountered because of their poor attitude etc are often enough to send a business to the wall. I often search for a company's reviews on the internet before purchasing from them. With such review sites like this, many will be deterred from buying from them.
I haven't fitted the system yet to be able to comment on it's effectiveness but I certainly hope it works as I don't hold out much hope of any refund or replacement if it doesn't.
