“disappointing quality”

After not even 6 months since I've purchased Samsonite Dura-lite Hardside 25" Hardside Wheeled Luggage and making only 3 European trips, my suitcase broke. I didn't only lose one piece of plastic located on the bottom of the suitcase, but also the plastic near it cracked. For such a extremely expensive luggage, I would expect greater durability. Since I've heard how long and disappointing the service and the claims at Samsonite last, I don't think I will gain much, but I know for sure they've lost one customer (and few others listening to my story).
