I've been playing for 9 years. A new game format leaves many games unplayble, and the help links don't work. Hundreds of people have complained over the past 5 days, but little or no response. The employees may like the new format, but players hate it. I probably won't be renewing my membership unless these problems are fixed quickly.
I used to enjoy playing the games, but have become very frustrated with the problems.
