Whilst I am very happy to recommend Moonpig for their cards I most certainly will not be recommending them for their flowers. My 80 year old Mother was greatly disappointed with the bouquet I sent her from Moonpig for Mothers Day this year.I had it delivered on the Saturday and the Irises in it were dead on the Tuesday and the Tulips on the Thursday. Poor Mum didn't want to tell me but my Father said she ought to in case I send more flowers to either her or someone else from Moonpig. I have used various other flower delivery companies and never had a problem before. I will be going back to one of those next time.I emailed Moonpig six days ago and haven't as yet had a reply. It makes me wonder if I am not the only one with a complaint as on their website they are saying that they are taking up to 72 hours to reply to messages as in their own words "Due to the high volume of contacts we are receiving both on the phones and via email we are taking between 48-72 hours to respond to your emails, please be assured that we will respond to all the emails we receive. Thank you for your patience and we do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause". Well I sent them a message last Monday and now it's Saturday and I still haven't received a reply so have been in touch with them again. Maybe I'll have to phone!
