“Mixed feelings”

In some ways I'm very happy with Woolovers, especially the low prices, and the variety of choice. However, I would hesitate to recommend to a friend, because the quality is so variable. I love my lambswool crew sweaters, for instance, and would definitely recommend them. So much better than M&S, which I used to have! But the cashmere/cotton cardigans are not only thin, but they lack any elasticity around wrist and hips, so that they just 'hang' and look terrible (e.g. item below). I have found this with a few other items too, and have had to send quite a few things back. At least I get an instant refund, no quibble, so no complaints there.
