“FANTASTIC SERVICE 1st RATE.”

I placed my order then realise I'd ordered the wrong item, I thought this would be a nightmare to fix but it couldn't have been easier. I spoke with Alex who amended my order and arranged for it to be with me next day as it was for my mothers birthday. My card was credited for the small difference immediately which again was amazing service. All in all 1st Class from start to finish. I received my tower of treats in the AM the following day ---fantastic thanks Alex. If all other UK Companies could perform like this we would have a Country to be proud of. Well Done Hampergifts.
