bought 4 venition blinds, put them up and found 2 were bent. Phoned shop and they said bring them in, which we did. Immediately we were surrounded by three staff and tried to show them said blinds. The assistant manager said she could not see that they were bent so of course the other staff members said they could not either. We put one panel on the desk so they could see it WAS turned up, no joy. We asked if we could have 2 replacements told no as there was no packaging, apparently a receipt was not enough. Were they going to be helpful indeed they were not. We will never ever shop in Paul Simon again. In future we will shop at a store which is willing to give good service, but will not be a paul simon
