“so far so good”

I started slim fast jan 1st i have lost about 30 pounds in three months. I have been at a plateau now for the last month and i have been experimenting with different things to kickstart my weight loss again.I would like to lose anotheranother 40 - 50 pounds . I am going to try to stick with slim fast a while longer but it does get hard to follow a diet long term because the more i work out and get more fit i find the shakes are not as filling as they once were at the beginning and the 500 calorie meal is not enough to sustain me,then i feel guilty like i cheated if i have extra snacks or bigger meals . one standard diet plan does not work fr every body and fitness level.Generally i think slim fast is a good tool to drop pounds fast but not so good if you have alot of wieght to lose and want to exercise and get fit.
