I had a perfectly working broadband down a BT phone line.. Then I received a phone call from a virgiun sales person.. and I agreed to switch to cable..the worst mistake of my life.. I now have totally unusable broadband.. in th evenings the service is unuseable.. and all my internet subscriptions XBOX LIVE, Lovefilm, etc etc dont work.I have been told there is no capacity in my area, so why was I sold the service when they knew it didnt work ?!?! I just cant believe virgin are allowed to rip us off like this.. why as consumers are we not protected from this kind of rip off !
