Having seen the poor reviews about First Call I have to admit that I may have been the lucky one but I had a satisfactory experience . I have Fist Call Platinum and broke down with complete engine failure on my Mitsubishi 4x4 on a snowy Christmas Day 2010. I had to wait 90 minutes, but it was 25 December. A breakdown truck and engineer turned up and found engine to be completely dead. The vehicle and I were taken to the garage of my choice on the low loader at no cost to myself. I cannot therefore complain about the level of service unlike many others.
As I live in the North East perhaps the level of service is better ' Up North'. Incidentally it took seven more weeks for the garage and Mitsubishi to come up with the solution and the relevant parts !
