Prompt response to emails, very professional service, less than a day to find who the phone was locked by and then the phone was unlocked after 3 days when Apple had updated their database. Clear instructions at each stage on what to do. My only criticism would be the cost of the unlock procedure at 72 pounds; however as I was given the phone by a friend after he upgraded to an iPhone 4 I can't grumble. Thanks again guys.
