My problems began once I'd logged on. The site says you can do something but then never does it.
Try changing your phone number? then click here to change it, but all I get is a horrendous two page data entry form, that has absolutely no pre-filled data (Nationwide know who I am am - I am a logged on secure customer after all!), needs all my account details, address details in horrible data entry boxes, and could (potentially) allow me to specify different phone numbers for different accounts. I then have to find an envelope and stamp and send it to them !! All this after clicking an update my mobile number field.
Logging on a few weeks later I am told my saving bond has matured. One option is to leave the money there, so I can move it to another account(at Nationwide)using the move money option (their advice). I select this option, but the "move money" function doesn't let me move from this account!! I will now need to ring them.
In summary a very ineffectual and useless banking website - probably the worst I've used.
