Have been a customer for a about 8 years and have just cancelled. This company added a 4.99 charge to my bill for a warranty service called Supacare which I did not agree to. Unfortunately, I didn't pick this up for about 5 months - the direct debit comes off a joint account which I don't spend too much time analysing. When I phoned they didn't have any evidence of an order and refused to refund more than 2 months (unless I signed up to a new 18 month package with them.)
The attitude of the customer service staff is terrible. They are defensive and argumentative.
If you want peace of mind that your broadband supplier won't try and rip you off by sneaking some extra charges in then don't go with these guys.
