I have been with Virginmedia for just over a year.

Everything had been okay but now the broadband is next to useless. Continually just grinds to a halt and will no load pages.

A complete joke, especially when the price has just gone up.

I will be leaving as soon as possible. A pity as I have the hassle of changing email address, but I just cannot put up with this rubbish service any more. My broadband is just un-usable.

Do not use them - look elsewhere !
