“Thrifty Car Rental”

When we arrived at the Thrifty Car Rental at the Naples Airport the reservation could not be located in their system. After showing the confirmation and Itineray locators from Airport Rental Cars they still did not find the reservation and was not going to honor the price or reservation. After a 45 minute discussion with Thrifty headquarters they finally gave us the car for the same price. However the delay of almost an hour was stressful and we almost missed the flight back home as the car rental was only for 2 hours to drive from Naples Airport to the Ft. Lauderdale airport.

I don't know if the problem was with Airport Rental Cars or with Thrifty Car Rentals at the Naples Airport. We plan on contacting Airport Rentals to see what went wrong!
