“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

Bairstow Eves lied to get tenants into our property. The main requirement was a rent guarantee system. Bairstow Eves agreed to this and we agreed a % for full management. After moving the tenants in we received our contract without rent guarantee provided, I rang the branch and we were told the tenant hadn't provided sufficient references for this to be provided. This is after confirming ALL references were 100% correct before moving the tenants into our property. 4 months into the tenancy Bairstow Eves will not return my calls or reply to my emails!
They are holding the tenants deposit so we are now having to involve a solicitor to hopefully cancel our contract with Bairstow Eves and receive our fees back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE NO EXISTENT.....
