have used the company at least 20 times and never had a problem have been tempted to try other companys by slightly cheaper prices to realise why they are cheaper last twice i used an other company (starts with an A) had bad service both times car broke down and had to abandon it both times without refund only once had car break down with fch and it was repaired as soon as poss with a small refund for our inconvieniance the vehicle is always waiting for us at the depot or it has been delivered to the hotel with no extra charge companies they use have been brilliant adding drivers halfway through rental cancelling my rental was no problem refund given
