I ordered some sale items online, but when my delivery came it was the wrong items, supposed for someone else.
I rang customer service straight away, and although I was on hold for a while a man named Dave answered, explaining he'd just spoken the other lady with my goods, and fixed the problem in no time, the right items are on their way (at no extra cost) and I even got to keep one of the items that was wrongly delivered! (worth a nice £25 too, so very happy with my freebie!) and to post the remaining wrong item back is freepost, so no problem there either! a bit gutted I didn't get the items I wanted first time round - lucky I'm so organised I've ordered birthday presents a month in advance, thought Dave was very helpful too :)
