“Poor to use, try before you buy”

Downloaded free trial but found the product quite poor and clunky to use. You need a fast internet connection to make this viable, on several occasions I had a time out error which get's rather annoying after a while. On the plus side the layout is quite easy to read but the product lacks quite a few features that are included in Salesforce for a similar monthly cost.
