“I loved having a makeover with New ID ”

I had a very enjoyable time at New iD, when I went there for my makeover it was the first time I had used the company, it was also the first time that I had had a makeover so I had very little idea what to expect and perhaps that is one of the reasons that it was such a good experience because it was way better than I had expected. For a start the staff were fantastic, they warned me on the phone when I made my booking that it would be busy, I have to work during the week so had no alternative but to go for a weekend booking. Even though they were very busy and the place was packed the staff were really on top of things and were very polite and made sure that I was happy at all times during my visit. The lady that did my hair was fantastic and walked me through everything she was doing and she did a great job, I love my new style even though it is totally different to anything that I have had before. The same is true of the makeup artist, she was great and told me everything she was doing and why and gave me some amazing makeup advice which was not at all what I had expected, it was almost like a mini makeup lesson, I got so much more out of the experience than I expected. I am not sure how often in your life you really need to go and get a makeover but if I ever did have another makeover I would go back to New ID for sure!
