No answers from the poorly trained staff. Promises of call backs 6 times and no one ever has. Clean report from their website but finance companies are seeing something different. What is the point of a report for the user and different one for the finance companies. I actually had fraudulent activity on my history which had been marked as such. I had to get a financial institution to do it as experian claimed they could not. Their reports never indicated any of the information. Total and utter waste of time and money, they are nothing more than a legalised SCAM.
