Rented a car from the Scarborough Ontario location, nice car, good customer service, returned three days later with no problems. Simon and I went over the car and signed off no damage, and I left. Three hours later I get a phone call that the rocker panel is damaged and I owe $600+ in damages. Further the credit card had not be reimbursed as promised upon return of the car. During subsequent phone calls, Simon has admitted that he did not see any damage when it was returned, and that there is a "possibility" that it could have been damaged while moving it to be washed. All that I am being told is to come in and look at the damage and 'we'll talk about it'. I am not going back because THERE WAS NO DAMAGE and the car was inspected and no damage report filled out. Also I am being now told "That it is policy" that they can come back for damages up to 24 hours after returning the car. Funny how my contract does not state that. I am seriously considering involving 'all necessary parties' if this is not corrected immediately.
