I found a course that I had wanted to do for a while and entered live chat to enquire about monthly payments. What I didn't expect was the option to give my details over a chat screen.. however, I thought it was quicker than on the phone and free so I did.
3 days later I get an email verifying my enrolment but giving no other details.
I wait over two weeks and do not recieve a single thing, no correspondence, no course materials.. nothing.
I now go back on live chat to enquire and recieve a number of very rude responses followed by the chat host spamming a premium phone number at me as she refused to help.
By now, I'm pretty frustrated and ring the number to terminate my enrollment to find out they delivered all my materials to another address even though I had given them mine a number of times. I am finally given my student number and I'm told I have to send an email to ICS asking for termination as it can't be done over the phone.
I am currently still waiting a reply/refund.
If you want to wait a lifetime to start the course, be spoken to like dirt and enjoy paying premium costs after agreeing to pay the course fees then go for it!
