“Never Again!”

I begrudge even giving Boohoo one star! Placed an order with this site and the goods arrived in a timely fashion. Unfortunately everything I ordered looked quite cheap (you get what you pay for). The total refund due was £45 however I received an email saying I would be refunded £43! They have no phone number to call, only email. I emailed them and was told by Olivia that a £2 restocking fee was in their terms and conditions and I would receive my money back within 3-5 working days! What actually got my back up was that the email I received from Olivia was made up of so many different fonts and font sizes, you could tell she had just cut and pasted lumps of information probably hidden in the depths of their website!

Anyway, 3-5 days came and went and guess what....no money in the bank. I have emailed them again to find out what is going on. I will certainly be making a formal complaint, as I am sure they are operating outside of the UK distance selling regulations. Only God knows if I will ever see my money again!
