“Mostly Value For Money but NO CUSTOMER CARE!”

I used to buy from TJC and found them to be OK. However, I bought a ring for my sister - kunzite and topaz - which had a vertical gouge out of the main kunzite stone. Additionally, one of the topaz fell out and I sent it back to them explaining that I needed both stones replaced. They sent it back to me having only replaced the accent stone with no explanation. When I spoke to them about it they consistently refused to accept that the fault was theirs (a machine gouge line) and treated me very badly. They are a company who sell inexpensive quite nice very pretty jewellery which in otself is fine, but woe betide you if you have a problem as their customer service is appalling to non existent. for this reason I don't buy from them and I always warn my friends.
