“Couldn't have been better!!!”

After reading the views below I was reluctant to use Connells, my first contact was with their Mortgage advisor at the Poole Office.

I was buying a property through Goadsby estate agents and Melvin Parker from Connells very efficiently arranged my mortgage, he had a mortgage offer in just over 5 days!! Unfortunately the seller couldn't buy the property they wanted and I lost their property I wanted to buy. I lost a lot of money.

Melvin referred me to the sales people at his office who found me a property within a few days, I have to say the team went above and beyond my expectations, there was nothing they couldn't do to keep me happy. The manager Scott always had time to answer any questions I had and never made me feel I was a burden.

As I was new to the area the expert advice they gave me was invaluable.

Overall I wish I had visited Connells sooner and taken Melvins advice, I would have saved a lot of money.
