This company is truly bad. I am not silly or naive ....I have just claimed with them on a no fault accident. The first thing they informed me was that I had a £1300 excess charge!!! I had sated that I wanted a £300 excess but the other £1000 must have slipped the net??? Avoid this mob like the plague!!!!!
