“VERY DISAPPOINTING AND BAD QUALITY ”

I have been buying from Gems TV for many years, but over the last 12 months I have noticed that the quality of the gems is terrible.

I ordered a 1/2 carat diamond ring which when it was delivered looked beautiful but on closer inspection I noticed that one of the diamonds had CRACKED. I didn't know that diamonds good crack.

I did get a replacement ring, although a different style which I am pleased with, however my further purchases have been sent back as the stones kept falling out, I have now made my last purchase as yet again after wearing the ring for a short time a stone has fell out.

I would not recommend buy from this channel, the quality is poor, the stones are not color match and or flawed.
