Booked next-day delivery for an exercise bike. The window I was given was from 7am to 8pm (even though it says 6pm if you go to the "track my order" page). Yep, a 13-hour window. Nothing arrived by the deadline. There was no phone call from either the company or the courrier. I tried calling customer service at 8pm but after going through their call steering, I got a recording saying the offices were closed (of course). Phoned the next morning. Was given no explanation and no apology. Naturally cancelled the order and won't be sourcing anything through Argos again. Don't use them.
