I liked the person who answered my call who was very obliging, efficient and professional. The voucher arrived as she said it would the next day but I believe the cost of over £7 for the guaranteed delivery service was a little over the top as the price I pay for such a delivery is £2 less. My son, for whom I bought the experience for a birthday present, is yet to take it up but he was happy with the thought and I expect him to be equally happy when he takes up the experience.
