Local coverage failed. On 2 separate occasions O2 staff told me there was no problem in my area. Only after leading them to their own website where it stated there was a fault in my area, did they apologize for giving incorrect information. The fault remains and no information as to when it might be repaired.
They even had the cheek to tell me how to clean my sim card and how to apply for a new one. On asking for information on how to complain they gave me a postal address! For a communications company they really know how to communicate to their customers, NOT!
Paying for a bolt-on that I can't use really annoys me.
