“Brilliant customer service”

I have been with Krystal Hosting for around 6 years now. During that time I have never experienced any problems with the hosting. I love the support I get - call up and you will get through to one of the guys and they have always been able to help on the spot. I like this when compared to many other companies where you are forced to read FAQ after FAQ and then submit ticket after ticket... Couldn't speak more highly of them.
