I cannot praise Appliancesonline enough. I purchased a Hotpoint cooker last year, unfortunately not a smooth ride and I have vowed never to purchase a Hotpoint/Indesit product again. But the customer service team at Appliancesonline have been real stars. A big thankyou to all who dealt with me. They have acted as intermediaries between myself and the manufacturers at all times preventing distressing conversations with an organisation who just do not care. I have found the Appliancesonline team to be always polite, friendly, helpful and prepared to go the extra mile. I have subsequently purchased a second appliance with them and yet again excellent communication, speedy delivery and excellent customer service.
A traditional view to customer service that really pays off. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.
