I ordered a delivery of flowers for Mothers day three weeks ago. Due to a "delivery incident", the flowers finally arrived dead on monday (after mothers day) instead of Saturday. The order cost £37.99. Moonpig Custiomer Services made a goodwill gesture of a £4.99 credit to my account. This is insulting.
