“Big Disappointment !!!!!!”

'Terrible' review sounds very similar to mine. My son and his 7 friends booked a 3 day break on Sunday 18th March , flying with Ryanair on May 11-14. On Sunday night he received an email welcoming him to OTB and then the next day he got a phone call saying his flights had gone up an extra £35p/p and to pay up or cancel.
This we feel is a very big mistake by OTB as they did not secure the cheaper flight price in time.We all know how much Ryanair change their prices/flight and so OTB should of acted quicker and confirmed their 8 seats and the original price.
The most amazing thing though was that as my son was on the phone complaining, I was on their website and they had still not altered their prices accordingly, so some other poor person would be conned the same way.
I have booked plenty of holidays/flights with this company but will be going elsewhere from now on.
