I ordered tickets from getmein.com for my daughter for Christmas. I had to contact Customer Services on a couple of occasions and they were always helpful. I was getting a bit concerned when my tickets had not arrived a week prior to the show but again I called getmein who contacted the seller and assured me my tickets would be with me in good time. I now have my tickets in my hand and we are off to the O2 on Friday. I would use getmein again based on my experiences on this occasion.
