i would avoid using play.com completely as there customer service is awful, they don't reply to emails quickly or at all and make you wait over 20 mins until they answer phones over order problems.

i ordered fifa street 6 days before release with the promise of it arriving on relase day, however the game didnt actually arive until a week after making the whole ordering early to recieve the game early pointless, never once did i find play.com helpful in getting the game delivered to me!
the compnay is a compelte joke and i will never be using there services again and i suggestion others dont if they want to avoid disappointment
