Dealt with the Acton office and they are absolutely terrible. They charge you fees for services you clearly said you did not want, pressurise tennants, and customer service is non-existent once they have your money!! Nearly three months and I'm still chasing them for £1000 in overcharges - and I'm the landlord! I dread to think what hidden charges the tennants have been hit with.
